Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery to remote locations may take additional time

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or minimum purchase value.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email

  • You can use it to track your shipment status

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Items that do not qualify for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original tags/packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at nayana.jaison.elizabeth@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Supporting images

Once approved:

  • Return instructions will be shared

  • Product must be shipped back as instructed

After inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days

Refund Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day refund policy under eligible conditions.

Refunds are applicable only for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product received)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Images of packaging

Once the return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Order Cancellation

At Nayana’s Nest, we understand that plans can change.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
